The Company Our client is a market leading global manufacturing business who require an experienced HR Officer to join them on a temporary basis for 3-6 months. The Role You will be part of a busy team, dealing with all matter of HR to including but not limited to: Advice & guidance Disciplinary & grievance Absence management Performance management Capability training Investigations Policies & procedures The Person The successful candidate will be immediately available and will have the ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach.
