Overview

My client, a leading provider of EDI that operate on a global basis, are on the look out for a Service Delivery Manager. This is a vitally important role within the business, as essentially you're the face of the business. Targeted with the contribution of service definition you will be managing, running and owning services for new & existing customers. You will establish and maintain a close relationship with my clients customers, helping to identify other potential benefits or resolve customer issues to ensure you're assisting the customer achieve their business outcome. Key Responsibilities; Own and support the delivery of services ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Own service documentation ensuring accuracy and detail. Measure quality of service and performance via KPIs; ensuring future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into plans for all associated systems, including supporting new functionality. Drive internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes, in conjunction with the account manager. Own major incidents, alongside support services, to ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident reviews. Make recommendations for service improvement plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner. Provide regular and accurate management reporting on service performance for both internal and external stakeholders. This is a great role for a really customer service orientated individual, who feels comfortable travelling to customer sites in a client facing environment. You will need a keen attention to detail and have the ability to manage customers needs effectively. A basic understanding of cloud infrastructure is also needed.
