Overview
MTrec are currently recruiting for a Steel Fabricator in the Tyne & Wear area. They are looking for candidates to fulfil these roles on a temporary to permanent basis for a reputable company in the manufacturing sector Key Responsibilities: Working in a Structural Steel Environment Following engineering drawings and schematics Marking out materials Must be familiar with MIG welding Experience within structural steel environment Must have experience of welding/ fabricating mild,stainless and structural steel General house-keeping duties / following standard operation protocols Strict adherence to health and safety The Person: Must have Welder/ Fabricator experience Flexible and willing attitude to working hours as overtime is often required Willingness to learn and acquire new skills
