Overview
Our award winning client based in central Leatherhead are seeking an Order Administrator to join their growing organisation. You will be required to provide back office administration support to the support team and co-ordinate all procedures and orders. Responsibilities Tracking all orders Processing all ensuring that procedures are completed accurately and on time. General admin duties such as filing Processing orders in accordance with the support procedures. To react efficiently and effectively in response to customer order queries. To query and track any inaccurate orders received. To run daily and weekly reports on outstanding orders Skills Required Attention to detail Accuracy Organisational skills Excellent verbal communication skills Time management Educated to GCSE Level with an A-C Grade in Maths and English.
