Overview
What you will do: Lead others in maintaining and validating plan records to include census, contributions, claims, reimbursements, investments, insurance and other plan data Provide ongoing valuation, calculation and reconciliation of trust assets for plans Oversee plan testing to include qualification, discrimination and stress testing, as well as plan reporting in accordance with regulatory, legal, accounting and organizational requirements Provide high level of customer service to pension plan participants and service providers by responding to calls and facilitating requests addressing plan provisions, benefits, payment elections, payments, information updates, changes, etc. Guide and develop less experienced associates, handling more complex calculations, inquiries and issues, and participating in overall plan design/selection and continual improvement What we're looking for: A proven record of accuracy, attention to detail along with a high level of initiative and self-motivation Highly competent with numbers and data analysis Highly competent with excel Adaptable to varying demands and workloads. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to work well with colleagues Demonstrable background in pensions administration (desirable) What's in it for you?
