Service Administrator job based in Livingston, £11.05 p/h (PAYE), working for a leading media company Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday-Friday Contract Length: 6 months, starting ASAP Your new company Are you looking to work for a global media and entertainment leader that offers amazing benefits? Your new role Working from Livingston, you will be scheduling fixes, from start to end for £11.05 per hour. This multi-faceted role allows you to work across multiple clients in a designated area, all from the Livingston office. You will be working with engineers, scheduling their calls and contacting end users to schedule it on their end as well, while also handling incoming calls. You will be managing incidents and requests, logging all faults, and tracking all hardware received. What you'll need to succeed Communication is key in this role as you will be speaking to multiple stakeholders and accurately inputting that information to databases. You will have a good understanding of Apple technology, specifically iPad's. You will be an organised self-starter who can effectively resolve problems, offering excellent levels of service and support to all customers.
