Overview

As a Software Development Engineer in Test your main responsibilities will include: Focus on software testing, analysing test failures and designing new tests. Escalate and report key quality issues and drive issues to resolution. Ensure the quality of ground-breaking technology for large scale systems Interact cross-functionally with various teams to help identify issues and test features. While you’ll bring your skills and ability to the role, they offer you plenty in return including: Working for a government body Sector leading organisation Great progression routes There is plenty of on the job training however they expect you to have core experience with the following: Experience of Automation Testing along with experience of Junit development Ability to do non-complex Java development and understand Java build and development process Cloud experience/knowledge.
