Who are we working for? Permanent People are working on behalf of our newest client, an exceptional recruitment agency who are looking for a talented recruiter to join their hugely successful team based in Central London. Our client is a global award-winning legal specialist and is often cited as an industry leader within their market. What does the job entail? You will take over a warm desk, specialising within the legal recruitment sector. This will be a full 360 position, wherein you will be expected to manage the full recruitment lifecycle whilst seeking to develop the business further by building long lasting relationships with existing clients. Our client is looking for someone who is confident in their business development skills, as this role will largely involve approaching prospective clients located in different countries in order to establish a strong presence within the international legal market. Are you our ideal candidate? 12 months minimum recruitment experience within a professional services sector (HR, Finance, Legal, Technology, Marketing or Business Support) Our client is interested in people who have international experience (preferably someone with ties to New Zealand, Australia or Canada) as they are looking to expand their geographical reach Additional European language beneficial but not essential MUST hold: UK working visa or Commonwealth Passport Confident, hardworking and proactive nature The most important part…what are the benefits?
