Overview
The organisation is looking for someone with strong administration skills to join their successful team in Sheffield. Duties would include; Booking & preparing examinations for candidates. Process bookings via email, telephone and in person. Entering data onto database and relevant spreadsheets. Creating and dispatching examination packs and paperwork. Invigilating examinations. Consolidating paperwork. Updating and maintaining databases ensuring all information is up to date and accurate. Person Specification; Strong data processing skills and a high attention to detail. Proven administration experience in a busy office environment Excellent communication skills as you will be engaging with several stakeholders. Confident using IT systems and databases. Self sufficient Candidates who have experience invigilating exams or liaising with examining bodies will be desirable. Confident with face to face customer service What you'll get in return Sheffield location with parking available.
