Overview
My client, a group of companies growing organically and through acquisition has a fantastic requirement for a Financial Controller to join the senior management team. Reporting to the Group Finance Director some of the duties will include: Business Partnering the MD Full responsibility for the production of the monthly management pack; including timely reporting to the Board Responsible for developing and implementing fit for purpose processes and systems to enable the business to grow on a controlled and managed way Responsible for ensuing accuracy, completeness and compliance with all relevant statutory and legal accounting requirements, whilst ensuring the operations team is provided with accurate information to make commercial decisions Play a leading role in business planning, forecasting and monthly reporting The Person: Fully Qualified Accountant Hands on with a can-do attitude Strong communication skills Advanced IT skills Mentoring and leadership skills Commercial acumen
