Area Hire Manager - Sales Our client is one of the most experienced compact equipment hire companies in Britain. Their approach is to partner with their clients, in effect becoming their plant department. They provide the right equipment, at the right time and at the right price, with outstandingly reliable and responsive service. They require an Area Hire Manager at their centre near Newbury, representing their hire, parts & service business covering Newbury and outlying areas. Selling experience and knowledge of the construction industry is preferred. The right attitude is essential. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, a talent for problem solving, be customer focused and sales driven. You must show the drive to motivate yourself on a daily basis, at times setting your own targets, reporting to the Depot Manager. This directly affects the achievements of the internal teams, the Newbury depot and the company as a whole. This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week, 8.00am to 5pm.
