About the role Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) working within a residential or hospital setting looking for a new challenge/change, or even looking for another care opportunity in which to boost your income. You will be given an opportunity to develop new skills and progress your career. Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s) will have an opportunity to build on their current experience by working directly with clinical interventions including but not limited to:- NG/Gastrostomy feeding, BIPAP, Cough Assist, Tracheostomy. Suction etc. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career and work within a community setting providing a high standard of clinical, physical and emotional support. We are seeking Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s) to work in partnership with our nurses to provide clinical interventions for patients with a range of debilitating conditions and disabilities. You will be compassionate and caring with a sesire to succeed in all that you do. We have an excellent training programme in place to support you with your career.
