Senior Care Assistant - Haverhill, Suffolk (CB9) Our clients are looking for an experienced, professional and caring Senior Care Assistant to come and join their friendly team based in Haverhill, Suffolk. The home is a small residential care home for young adults with learning disabilities and complex health and communication needs including needs associated with Autistic spectrum conditions. Located in Haverhill, the home provides accommodation for 6 young people. Job Type : Full Time or Part-Time Hours: Days up to 35 hours and Nights up to 42 hours per week Pay: £9.00 per hour rising to £9.50 after 3-month probation completed. Overtime will be £1 extra per hour. Key things about you: · Level 2 in Adult Health and Social care or equivalent is essential · Expected to achieve Level 3 - this will be provided · Previous experience working in a similar role · Leading shifts and delegating duties · Administer mediation and act as fire marshal · Committed to person-centred outcome focused approach · Have a passion for positive behavioural support and communication plans · Work as part of a team with a positive 'can do' attitude · Be open and honest. · Work with Kindness and respect If you would like to know more or are applying for a job through us.
