Overview
Management Accountant - Up to £32,000 depending on experience - with study support The company Multi-million pound leader in their field based in Wokingham The role A fantastic opportunity for a part qualified Management Accountant to work in a brand new role alongside one other Management Accountant who you will report into. Weekly overview of the daily Bank reconciliations and posting Contract Support preparation, checking claimed values, updating lotus notes Weekly cash forecasting & Material Price Variance analysis Monthly management account preparation Overhead variance analysis and report on large variances against budget/ last year Actualisation of cost centre's figures and review of cost centre results with budget holders GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) maintenance, checking, reconciling and reporting Credit card statement downloads, preparation of journals and monthly accruals Fixed Asset management Private Mileage deductions VAT reconciliation and management of Intrastat submission Balance sheet reconciliations National Statistics submissions Vat submission to Group Assisting in budgeting, forecasting and any auditing queries What you'll need to be successful Strong accounting principles double entry, accruals and prepayments and AP processes Excellent Excel skills Excellent communication skills written and verbal A confident attitude to be able to push back where necessary A strong team player What you'll receive in return If successful, in return you will receive: Office in Wokingham with parking Local and regular public transport links 25 days' holiday Company pension scheme Shorter Friday working hours (37 hour week) Study support How to proceed If this role is of interest, please click apply or contact Kelly Taylor at Wade Macdonald Applications are encouraged from all candidates meeting or exceeding the minimum criteria for the role regardless of age, disability, gender, orientation, race, religion or ethnicity.
