Overview
SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE Our Rotherham based client is a well-established service provider, they work with a wide range of clients from SME's to large corporate businesses. They now require Sales Support Representative on a permanent basis. This is a varied role that will include dealing with enquiries, contacting existing and lapsed clients to promote additional services, providing quotations, ensuring that the company database is kept up to date and accurate along with general administration. We are keen to speak with well organised candidates who enjoy building excellent relationships with clients and who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION Answer incoming calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries Contact existing customers to highlight additional services that are available Provide a high-quality customer experience Maintain customer accounts in the CRM Provide quotations and sending to the customer via email Liaise with customers, managers and other departments as required SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience in a similar role e.g. Customer Services, Sales Support, Sales Administration Ability to prioritise own workload and work with autonomy A willingness to learn and develop business knowledge Excellent communication and relationship building skills Strong customer service skills IT literate JS Recruitment UK Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
