Overview
Premier Adult Mental Health Care Provider, are seeking a Staff Nurse for their specialist mental health hospital in Altrincham; with minimum three years- experience at Staff Nurse Level with RMN qualification. To provide motivated and empathetic support of the nursing team; with assessment, implementation and evaluation of resident-s needs. Requirements for this position You will have: active NMC Pin with previous experience of nursing in Adult Mental Health; we are looking for a solid understanding of mental health care including the latest best practice; you will assist the staff team to enable residents to develop their individual care pathways, and to promote independence and dignity. You will be flexible and supportive, enabling patients to build on their existing strengths and to feel positive about their lives.
