I'm working with another small independent care home company based in the North West that are looking for a new Home Manager for one of their homes in Liverpool. I have been lucky enough to meet their director and he is passionate about his homes. He also is passionate about looking after his Home Managers and staff alike and of course by doing this expects the best care for the residents they care for. Many of his Home Managers have been with him for many years and staffing levels within the homes are good as they pay their nurses and cares well With their very own in house trainer, end of life/palliative care champion and quality manager, you will be very well supported. This company is debt free and they are soon to move into the 21st century and computerise their care plans across all their homes. Not bad for a small outfit hey? Requirements for this position For this role we are looking for someone who has a nursing qualification registered with the NMC, either RGN or RMN. You must have relevant care of the elderly Home Management experience, foster good teams and understand the expectations of the CQC and Local Authorities.
