If you live in Manchester, Cheshire or Lancashire and are looking for the opportunity to move your career from the office to your home, then this could be the opportunity for you One of the largest conveyancing law firms in the country is seeking an experienced residential conveyancer (conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or paralegal) to join its expanding homeworking team. As the homeworking residential conveyancer, you will manage a full caseload of conveyancing transactions including complex matters, shared ownership, new build, right to buy and remortgages. You will maintain client focus while handling queries throughout the process and keep regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers and other solicitors. You must be well versed in handling a broad conveyancing caseload, bringing 2 years' experience and having handled 80 residential property files from start to finish with minimal support. On offer is a competitive salary up to c£35,000, an attractive bonus based on target completion and customer service satisfaction. You can be based anywhere within the North West, but Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire would be particularly suitable.
