Are you a Commercial Litigation paralegal looking for your next role in West Yorkshire? I am working on a great opportunity at a niche commercial law firm based in Bradford City Centre who are looking to recruit into their Commercial Litigation department. The role would initially be maternity cover with a very strong chance of going permanent. Keep on reading to find out more… The firm who are recruiting were established in 2011 and are expanding year on year. The bulk of the firms work is debt recovery with a mix of commercial litigation and insolvency. This is an exciting time to join the commercial practice and as such I would advise you to keep reading Within the Commercial Litigation team, the duties of the paralegal role would involve working with business to business debt claims, both fast and multi track. Drafting of legal documents will be a large part of your day to day, such as witness statement and applications to court. You would be working closely with the Head of Department who you would learn a lot from. The firm envisage a paralegal to join them who has at least 6 months experience of commercial litigation. It is essential that you have a good understanding of CPR also, along with it being a bonus if you had experience of bankruptcy.
