The firm is looking for an experienced personal injury solicitor to join the highly respected Personal Injury (Defendant) Team due to organic growth. Our client is offering a personal injury solicitor a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload (both pre-litigation and litigated files) where you will be managing your own caseload of (defender) complex and high-value personal injury cases - RTA, EL/PL etc. Strong court litigation experience, including a solid understanding of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures and experience in working with and instructing counsel, would all be highly desirable. While an individual with previous defendant experience would be ideal, applications from solicitors with a pursuer legal background are also welcome.
