Described as very forward thinking, with a clear strategy, this impressive law firm wish to grow substantially in the next twelve months. The Commercial Property team provides a broad spectrum of legal advice to both individual clients and large corporate business’s on multi-million pound transactions. The team handle a broad range of acquisition and disposal of all types of freehold and leasehold property for trading and / or investment. Property development (including site acquisition, option and pre-emption agreements, planning issues, joint venture and other ownership structures, disposals). Grants and disposals of leases in all sectors, including mining and mineral leasing transactions. Commercial mortgages and other secured finance arrangements including property based financing of corporate transactions. General property ownership and management issues (including easements, overage arrangements, ownership structures, compulsory purchase, property management documentation) Ideally this person would need at least 2 years PQE and come from either a regional or London background and be looking to join a firm with clear prospects for advancement at a very exciting stage of their development.
