Overview
Progressive firm has a new opening for a corporate NQ to join their successful corporate and commercial team. Our client has a strong reputation for corporate work with a successful team which handles corporate M&A, sales and disposals, reorganisations, restructurings and financing work on behalf of larger corporate businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and SMEs. Due to increasing demand, the partners are keen to appoint an NQ or recently qualified corporate solicitor. This role would suit a lawyer practising in the local Hertfordshire market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the region from another centre or London. With at least one corporate seat under your belt gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have good technical skills and a positive, commercial outlook. This is an excellent role offering an excellent throughput of qualify corporate work as well as close support and opportunities to further your transactional experience in a friendly, inclusive working environment.
