RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - GATESHEAD - 1-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE FILE HANDLING THE FIRM - Specialist high street law firm in Gateshead - Solid service offerings to include residential/commercial property, family, dispute resolution and private client - Well regarded residential conveyancing team, receiving many positive reviews online THE ROLE - A junior level residential conveyancer is required - You will be well supported, and supervised on joining - You will be handling a caseload of basic matters initially, including sales, purchases and remortgages - Your caseload will be small and manageable to start off with, working up to around 10 completions per month - Working on more complex matters will come with time, whilst being supervised and supported by more established team members THE REQUIREMENTS - The successful candidate will have between 1-3 years experience handling their own files of basic residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases and remortgages - This is not a volume firm, you will be handling around 10 completions per month THE BENEFITS - Full supervision and training on more complex matters - Free parking on site BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
