Conveyancing Solicitor | Redditch | £30,000 £40,000 | The Firm: A specialist law firm based in the Redditch area who serve clients both home and abroad are currently looking to expand their Conveyancing team with a new Solicitor to come into this developing firm that has had exceptional growth over the last few years. The Role: The ideal Conveyancing Solicitor will be running their own caseload of general Residential Property work from instruction through to post completion involving sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, you will be liaising with clients and proactively progressing matters, this role requires a high importance of having good client service and care skills. Requirements: The ideal Conveyancing Solicitor must of worked in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years and be qualified as either a Solicitor or a Legal Executive / CLC, you must be confident to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision and be able to integrate into a team whilst having excellent client care skills. Benefits: Salary will DOE but be in the region £30,000 - £40,000 23 days holiday 5 days at Christmas Bank Holidays Pension Clayton Legal recruits for law firms and In House departments across the UK.
