Overview
Legal 200 practice in Lincolnshire seeks an ambitious Private Client Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis. Working within our client’s well-established practice located in Boston, the successful candidate will manage a complex caseload of private client matters. This position would suit a forward thinking individual with an interest in business development/marketing, and the desire to participate in the future growth and development of the firm. Responsibilities • Wills • Probate • Powers of attorney • Trusts • Tax law • Court of Protection matters • Dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients • Business development • Marketing The Candidate • Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of two years’ PQE • Technical proficiency in private client law is essential • Able to manage your own caseload • Highly organised with the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines • Demonstrate a flair for business development and marketing The Firm Our client is a highly acclaimed practice with a network of offices across the East Midlands, who provide a comprehensive range of legal services to businesses and individuals.
