Your new firm This national law firm, based in the North West, is recognised as a leading firm in the insurance sector. They won a number of high profile awards last year. Due to an increasing number of instructions, a permanent paralegal is needed to join the dedicated Credit Hire team in the Greater Manchester office. Your new role As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for pursuing the settlement of pre-litigation credit hire files and ensure client guidelines are followed. You will review pre-proceeding files and formulate initial strategy. You will undertake telephone negotiations and liaise with insurers where necessary. What you'll need to succeed This is an excellent opportunity for an LLB or LPC graduate to join a well-regarded firm and gain exposure to good quality work. Your attention to detail and communication skills will be crucial to this role, as will: A suitable qualification (e.
