Overview

The individual will be litigating Personal Injury Fast Track (EL, PL and some RTA) cases for union members, union friends and family scheme clients whilst working under supervision. The individual must have experience of running their own caseload and have the confidence and ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases, involving a considerable amount of judgement and autonomy.
