Overview

Our client is looking for up to an experienced Liability Claims Technician (Cert / Dip CII) to work out of their Leeds office handling a portfolio of the larger and more complex claims for personal injury and third party property liability (TPPD) acting in support of the external Liability Adjusters. You will typically liaise with loss adjusters, brokers, policyholders & third parties, reporting directly into the Branch Manager. You have previous household claims handling experience and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries. In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity working for a market-leading & well respected organisation.
