Overview

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a Temporary Treasury Team Leader to join their team based near to Birmingham City Centre. This is a 6 month temporary position with the possibility of going on longer. This role will suit someone who has done a similar role in the past and managed a small number of people. Other main responsibilities include: Manage the cashiering service provided by the Cash Management team Managing the bank reconciliation process Ensure that bank statements are reconciled to system transactions in a timely manner and that variances are investigated and resolved expediently. Manage the processing of miscellaneous receipts. Ensure the team process receipts in a timely manner and thoroughly investigate unidentified payments. Identify and implement process efficiencies to reduce the manual entry of these receipts Consider ways to make the Cash Management function more efficient and assist in the development of the Cash Management processes. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills. Experience of managing staff in difficult situations. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for flexible working hours and parking on site. The hourly rate will be £14 per hour plus holiday pay. The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
