Job opportunity for a receptionist in the Bolton area for a multimillion pound manufacturer. In this receptionist job, you will be managing enquires, answering, screening, and forwarding telephone calls, arranging visits from company directors, monitoring visitor access to contribute towards the security of the company, arranging transport and managing appointments. This is a permanent role with an immediate start available but not a requirement. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will need to be, you will possess with a clear and professional communication skills, you will have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
