Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation. The Job: On behalf of this company we are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Real Estate team which is based in central Bristol on a 12 months FTC basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and busy team. You will be part of the financial services segment which is one of seven teams. You will be undertaking a range of duties including title check and reports on title, freehold and leasehold disposals, title due diligence and other transactional support for financing projects. Main Responsibilities As a Legal Assistant your day to day duties will include: Commercial freehold and leasehold acquisitions and other estate management work for commercial real estate clients. Title checks, reports on title and all aspects of title due diligence linked to one off to mutli property portfolios. Residential purchases for Housing Associations, Developers and others. Provide all our clients with a high quality service in accordance with the Firm’s procedures. Maintain and improve relations with existing clients and spot opportunities for business development and enhancement of the current services we offer. Achieve the budget and targets set by the Firm. The Person: For this role, our client is looking for someone who has: Commercial or residential property experience is desirable. Good eye for detail. Working with case management systems. Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload. High standards of client service essential. Excellent communication skills - high volume of interaction via the telephone. Good IT skills. Enthusiastic & team approach to working.
