Software Developer We are searching for an experienced C# Software Developer Overall job purpose The Software Developer is responsible for the development, ongoing support of software applications for RSM and its clients. The role will include responsibility for managing projects and improving the techniques and processes used by the team. Responsibilities Development and support of high quality software Resolution of bugs and issues Project Management of software projects Mentoring and development of more junior staff Analysis, design and implementation of software Unit and integration testing of components under development Helpdesk support of live system and resolution of issues Introduction and continuous improvement of the team’s software development approach Liaising with the customer to understand user requirements Working with the internal functional test team to resolve bugs Communicating with the user test team and resolution of issues The role requires: Essential Relevant degree Good problem solver ASP.NET MVC C# SQL Server JavaScript Cascading style sheets Clean Code Practices Experienced hire Permanent GATWICK IT
