Overview
We are currently recruiting for a ULR Claims Handler to join an established and growing Claims Management Company based in Cheadle. The successful candidate will be responsible for the conduct of a caseload of pre-issue and litigated motor ULR cases. Duties of ULR Claims Handler Carry out all initial work related to New ULR matters Manage a caseload of pre-issue and litigated motor ULR case Collate all relevant information and documentation regarding the Customers and their Clients financial losses Assess liability prospects in all cases Obtaining and review all evidence relating to Customer and their Clients losses Review quantum and the prospects of recovery Submit claims to third parties and enter into liability and quantum negotiations Achieve settlement Assist with vetting of new cases as required Skills required for ULR Claims Handler Competence and confidence with Legal Case Management Systems Excellent organisational skills Ability to work to deadlines Good technical legal knowledge Good analytical and negotiation skills As an employee you will receive excellent benefits, a progressive salary architecture and opportunities for personal development and training.
