Facilities Operations Manager, £40-48k car allowance benefits, Warwick Do you have experience in Facilities Management ? Are you looking for a new role? if so, read on We are looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to work with a growing team to lead, support and provide direction for the Technical Services Team and all operational activities and strategy for the company moving forwards. So as the Facilities Operations Manager what will you you be doing ? Provide direction for the smooth running of the services Dept and Team and support the Head of Technical Services in the development and deployment of business strategy You will be working closely together with the Technical Manager, Technical Supervisor, Administrator and the Engineering Team Creating a positive working relationship within the Team and with the Customer with a strong focus on cost management and monthly finance reporting You will have a good working knowledge of FM, Hard Services, PPM regimes, Project Installations, RAMS and Health & Safety procedures and be able to procure external services that are required by the contract from approved suppliers and ensure timely delivery Carrying out regular customer reviews to determine the level of customer satisfaction being achieved Attending regular client / customer visits to check on new projects, progress and staff within those sites. Establishing and maintaining a working knowledge of company systems and ensure audit processes are in place Identifying and steering process improvements with the following: Safety KPIs Quality KPIs Delivery KPIs Cost KPIs People KPIs Environmental KPIs Achievement of yearly personal targets and objectives Feedback from internal colleagues and the site manager Profit and loss performance of the site So, as the Operations Manager would you need to have ?
