Our client has an exceptional and significant presence across the nuclear and energy markets. A global provider of its service they now require two project managers to be part of the team generating 40m in its specialised area alone. With a strong reputation for delivering quality products and services you will be instrumental to the team’s future success. Role Responsibilities: Identify, implement and comply with all applicable safety, environmental, quality and company standards Reporting and trending an accurate project baseline Leading, coaching and developing a team Effective risk mitigation strategies Project management from concept through to completion Leading communication streams throughout the project Instigating and manging change control Ensure that any controls arrangements identified, as part of the implementation of license conditions are adhered to throughout the lifecycle of the project Qualifications and experienced required: Experience of power stations and outages are highly desirable Experience in PWR Refuelling, PWR Nuclear steam Supply, Turbines, HVAC or fire systems highly desirable Suitable relevant technical experience within engineering/construction projects, including the application of project management processes Degree level education or equivalent essential Chartered or equivalent highly desirable Ability to demonstrate clearly experience of previous projects and involvement in full cycle Fully conversant with IT packages and able to produce all documents required Proficient in estimating, scheduling, Cost control, commercial awareness, and business case preparation essential Character profile: Must be a strong communicator that encourages momentum and energy Motivator of resource assigned to support you and the project Firm, assertive and fair to enable project control Passion and pride to make a difference in everything they do
