Court of Protection Lawyer £40,000-£50,000 plus, depending on experience, plus bonus Golders Green, London An experienced Lawyer is sought to join Gillhams' in expanding Court of Protection team in North London. Starting salary from £40,000-£50,000 plus and a performance related bonus. We are an established Legal 500 firm looking for a Court of Protection Lawyer with 2 years of PQE to join our highly regarded and expanding COP team. Based in our North London office, you will be offered a full-time, permanent role. Your New Role: The Court of Protection Lawyer will be responsible for: managing complex, high value estates in matters relating to property and affairs (not health and welfare) Working closely with the Deputy and the Office of the Public Guardian Acting as the main point of contact for the individual and their family in relation to court of protection orders Preparing applications and attending courts.
