The firm have multiple offices across the Midlands with exciting growth plans for 2020 THE OPPORTUNITY You will provide technical support to the residential conveyancing team to include: Title checks of complex files Deeds of trust and variation Technical queries REQUIREMENTS Technical strong residential conveyancer Confident in title checking freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership and transfer of equity Clear working knowledge of the residential conveyancing process from inception through to completion THE BENEFITS Salary up to £35,000 25 days Bank Flexible working will be considered
