A well established law firm with several regional North West offices is seeking an experienced corporate solicitor to join them in Wigan. Working closely with the other commercial teams, you will be joining a specialist corporate department where you will advise on a range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A, joint ventures, share purchase, restructures, shareholder agreements and other commercial documents. The team attracts work from a well-developed client base of national clients, as well as the thriving SME market. You must a qualified commercial and corporate solicitor with 3 years' PQE who is used to handling your own matters with little supervision. You will have had exposure to all aspects of corporate law as noted above.
