This expanding national firm is expanding its clinical negligence department and looking to hire an additional solicitor. Your role as an NQ clinical negligence solicitor will be to work alongside a senior solicitor while managing a caseload including: Birth injury claims (including injury to both mother and baby) Spinal injury claims Surgical claims Orthopaedic claims Neurological claims Fatal accident claims Delay in diagnosis or delay in treatment Incorrect or inappropriate treatment. You'll likely be recently qualified or coming up to qualifying and will have worked at a regional or national firm. Your background/experience must encompass clinical negligence or wider personal injury litigation, as well as being able to offer an outstanding level of client care.
