Commercial Litigation Solicitor

This well established, full-service Surrey law firm is recruiting into its established Commercial Litigation Team based in the Godalming office. You will be joining a small team of excellent lawyers who handle a range of contentious matters including commercial/contractual disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, insolvency, IP and debt recovery. This Department is a significant player across the whole firm and has a strong client following based locally and beyond that enjoys the tailored approach offered by the firm. To be successful in this commercial litigation solicitor role, it is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience within commercial litigation, demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and experience of business development but also the desire to build a career at a friendly firm with a good work-life balance.
