Overview
Our client is a highly reputable Legal 500 law firm with offices across Scotland. Due to organic growth, their well-regarded Real Estate team seeks to take an additional real estate senior solicitor/associate to join their team based in Edinburgh. You will be working within one of the most experienced Real Estate teams and gain exposure to some of the best investment and development work in the Scottish market. Your role will initially involve being the first point of contact for key investor clients, working collaboratively on investment sales and acquisitions as well as helping to deliver transactions on time, and finding commercial solutions to any obstacles. Over time, your role will then move towards more of a focus on hotel-related matters, and in particular on hotel management agreement and related work. The successful candidate will demonstrate a real enthusiasm and passion for the real estate industry as well as a hunger for advancing and driving your career forward. You will also be competent in managing your own busy workload whilst striving to exceed the service requirements and expectations of all stakeholders.
