Senior Commercial / Civil Litigation Solicitor, Leicester – 5 PQE - £DOE – Regional law firm OVERVIEW: • A technically strong Litigator is highly sought after to join this established regional practice in Leicester and play an integral role within the dispute resolution team • The appointed Commercial / Civil Litigation Solicitor will be covering a range of litigation matters including both civil and commercial disputes. • Suitable Commercial / Civil Litigation Solicitors will have at least 5 years PQE advising on a full remit of disputes including commercial contract disputes, property disputes, professional negligence, trust and contentious probate matters and also disputes between family members. • Ideal Commercial / Civil Litigation Solicitors will have some experience of supervising and mentoring other members of the team as this role requires someone to lead the litigation department. • In addition to fee earning you will also be expected to undertake business development and networking activities to further enhance the profile of the team and firm. • Salary will be dependent on experience and on offer is a chance to take the next step in your career. • Perfect opportunity for an experienced Disputes Solicitors to join an ambitious and growing practice
