Overview
Job description: Social Personnel are looking for Personal Advisors to join Buckinghamshire Council. Duties: We are looking for a full-time Personal Advisor to provide ongoing support and advice to young people between the ages of 16 and 21 (occasionally 24) who have been in care and are either in the process of leaving or have already left. You will be designated as a "Keyworker", and take responsibility for the reviewing and updating of Pathway Plans 6 monthly, or when a major change of circumstance occurs in the young person life.
