Project Engineer

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are recruiting: Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are working with our specialist engineering client who are market leaders in the design, manufacture and installations of cutting-edge engineering projects based in Worksop, who are on the lookout for an exceptional Project Engineer to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. Immediate start available The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to join a market leading company in order to work on a wide range of different engineering projects. The successful candidate will work on projects ranging in value, assisting with the management of the full project lifecycle from investigation through to project completion. The Candidate Must have a minimum of an ONC in an engineering related discipline or equivalent. At least 2 -5 years relevant engineering or construction experience. Understanding of British and International Standards, Drawings and Processes. ISO 9001:2015 appreciation training desirable. Membership of an engineering or project management related professional body (optional) Full Driving License. Experience on using AutoCAD. Key Areas of Responsibility include: Assisting with Project Management Preparing Project Documentation Customer liaison and management Supporting in the design co-ordination from inception to realisation across both 2D and 3D Platforms Identifying, Costing and processing any contract variations Liaising with customers on contractual/Pricing issues and Variations Installation co-ordination with site management The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and will be responsible for ensuring that lines of communication with upper management are always maintained.
