Financial Systems Analyst - Dynamics AX - Wigan/Warrington If you're looking at this then you probably have good knowledge of Dynamics AX financial systems and are looking to see what you can do next in your career. Maybe you're looking to become more technical? Maybe though you want to go into a role where you provide support directly to your Stakeholders and have the chance to get your hands dirty with Dynamics 365 in a live environment while still using your knowledge of Dynamics AX. What will you be doing? As this is a support-based role, you will be dealing directly with both accountancy and finance professionals as well as the wider technical team. Duties will include 2nd line support of systems within the Financial Systems teams remit (Dynamics AX) Review and maintain user requests and system changes within the IT Service Management tool Unit testing and support for full user acceptance testing Configuration changes in line with business requirements and appropriate approvals Stakeholder management including making recommendations for system solutions and improvements Experience and qualifications: Dynamics AX 2009/2012 Ability to communicate your knowledge to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders Experienced with Financial Systems, including requirements engineering and the use of an IT Service Management tool Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations exposure would be extremely advantageous If this sounds like you, send your CV over to me at or give me (Jason) a call on 01616670429 This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89834662
