Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a permanent Full Stack Developer based in Weston Super Mare, Somerset. Y ou will join a market leader in IT / Software applications. The opportunity comes with the ability to work remotely from home if preferred or partly from home, the companies UK office are based in Weston Super Mare, Somerset. Your role within he organisation is to bring the product vision to life. Under the guidance of the Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new features and enhancements to an extremely high standard. You will work in various areas of the company platform – although most of your work will be on customer-facing web applications, you will also work on back end services, integrations, and occasionally internal use web applications. You’ll contribute to the design of new features – features which will be used by thousands of people every day. The satisfaction of our customers will reflect directly on the quality of your work, your understanding of the true meaning behind customer requirements and thought processes, and your ability to think outside the box to provide inventive solutions to everyday problems. Throughout that, you’ll maintain focus on the core principles of the company’s product design and architecture. You will of course need to work on support and maintenance activities. You’ll work with the support and implementation teams (and sometimes, directly with customers), and in so doing, you’ll demonstrate not only your technical skills/knowledge, but your compassion and understanding of human issues – looking at the situation from the customer’s point of view. The working hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday . Flexible working is in place for you. The annual salary is £45,000 - £47,500PA. Key Responsibilities: Develop new features to a high standard, and with a focus on customer experience. Fix bugs quickly and effectively. Support other teams by helping where necessary with technical advice, information on new features you’re developing, and explanations about bug fixes. Contribute to the technical growth of the product / platform by staying apprised of new tools and technologies. Experience, attributes & skills sought: 5 Years of Web Application development experience. Expert in Microsoft technology including: .NET framework; ASP.NET; C#; MVC; IIS; Visual Studio 2015; HTML/CSS/JavaScript; SQL Server 2015; TSQL.
