Financial Reporting Manager Salary – up to £55K plus benefits T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Financial Reporting Manager for a leading FMCG business. This role is ideally suited to a qualified accountant seeking their first or second 'post qualified’ move. As PLC Finance Reporting Manager, you will have responsibility for the accurate and complete Group Reporting across all entities – for external annual and interim reporting as well as on a monthly basis internally. Key responsibilities will include: Drive accurate reporting through continuous review and challenge Understand financial reporting and drive improvements in accuracy Ensure reporting is consistent across business units and compliant with IFRS and PLC accounting policies Co-own delivery of management, statutory (IFRS) and planning cycles Interim and year end reporting (disclosure packs, notes, document reviews) Subsidiary accounts completion, review and submissions Balance sheet and cash flow reporting Ongoing group finance governance processes Support PLC Finance senior management in technical accounting and reporting Ensure technical knowledge is up to date and lead the adoption of new accounting standards Provide training to finance teams on key areas Own and write accounting papers on key judgemental areas Assist in providing technical accounting advice to business units Assist in the mentoring and development of part qualified accountants within the PLC Financial Control team To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following: Professional Accountancy Qualifications (ACA/ ACCA) Solid Financial Accounting understanding Strong analytical skills Ability to prioritise tasks in line with stakeholders expectations Excellent MS Office ability – particularly Excel Hands-on experience of finance systems (ideally SAP/ BPC) Experience of external audit process What’s on offer? · This is a great opportunity to take your experience and skills to a new level in an environment that will enable you to deliver and gain recognition for delivering great results.
