Overview

Software Development Manager (Java Salesforce CRM RESTful). Are you a technologist seeking a lead role where your focus will be on managing a team of highly talented software developers to deliver solutions that impact the business? You could be joining a scale-up FinTech and making a real impact. Most of the work is Greenfield development; as a Software Development Manager you’ll be working across the business in a highly motivated team environment; liaising with other team leads to reach a common goal of producing banking software that will enable traditional banks to compete with technology driven challengers. Your team will focus on complex APIs and messaging services; using Kafka and SpringBoot as well as Apigee APIs within the wider Salesforce CRM solution sold to their client base for use in contact centres. As Software Development Manager you’ll act as a servant leader, removing any obstacles or roadblocks; diving into the code and carrying out code reviews, mentoring and developing people. You’ll be based in modern, open plan offices with all the latest kit; a well stocked kitchen / canteen area and a highly motivated team atmosphere with flexible working opportunities.
