The day job Currently looking for a Field Infrastructure Engineer for a unique opportunity to work in collaboration with the existing team on a complex assignment where you will travel to various client sites using the Company vehicle, assembling and delivering new IT equipment and supporting a large client. This role will involve a number of tasks including Key Responsibilities: · Delivery of activities as part of a consulting project, achieve revenue targets and high levels of customer satisfaction · First point of contact for employee's with I.T related problems. · Book appointments with end users to collect their requested equipment. · Driving to multiple sites to collect/install equipment for the end customer. Essential Experience · Clean Drivers Licence · IT Field Engineering Exp · Degree level education or equivalent, typically in Business, Information Technology or Engineering Printing Services Outlook Smartphone Citrix general awareness Exchange admin – User ·AV ( specifically Sophos ) other AV product awareness MS Office Suite.
