Embedded Software Engineer Cheltenham Initial 6 Months £40 - £50 per hour Support the current team with design and development of real-time embedded software for aircraft power distribution system. Requirements, design, implementation and verification, adhering to business standards, practices, procedures and project requirements plus DO-178B/C. Skills Required: DO-178B/C, assembler & C languages, safety critical software Essential Skills: Proficient in C and assembler. Significant experience of designing and implementing real-time embedded software. Demonstrated ability to make sound independent judgments, identification of problems, and creation of solutions. Experience of DO-178B/C levels A/B. Target hardware experience. Good problem-solving & solution-building skills. Good communication skills.
